About these terms

These terms govern your use of the REACH LAW website (reach-law.co.uk), the Exposure Diagnostic, and, where applicable, the REACH LAW governance infrastructure service. REACH LAW is a trading name of BLACKBOXAI / REACH Division.

The Exposure Diagnostic

The Exposure Diagnostic is provided as an informational instrument. The output reflects the information you have provided and should be read as an indicative assessment of your firm's governance posture, not as legal advice.

REACH LAW does not provide legal advice. The diagnostic output does not constitute a legal opinion on your firm's compliance position. You should seek advice from a qualified solicitor on specific compliance questions.

The REACH LAW service

The REACH LAW governance infrastructure service is governed by a separate Engagement Terms and Service Level Agreement (ET-SLA) entered into at the point of deployment. These website terms do not constitute a contract for delivery of the REACH LAW service.

REACH LAW records how compliance decisions are made. It does not make compliance decisions. The COLP retains full judgment and responsibility for all compliance decisions made by the firm.

Intellectual property

The REACH LAW brand, product name, methodology, and all associated materials are protected under UKIPO Classes 42 and 45. All rights reserved. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use REACH LAW intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REACH LAW excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from use of this website or reliance on any information contained within it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
